DALLAS, TEXAS – On Sunday, June 2nd, 46 North Texans who gave the gift of life recieved a gift in return.
Everyone likes to get a little recognition for their good deeds, and along the hallway on a wall at Baylor University Medical Center, people who have done one selfless deed are getting the credit they may not ask for… but richly deserve.
FocusEGD had the privilege to be apart of this donor recognition program at Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas by designing and planning for this artistic and organic feature. The program features 480 plaques in various shades to present the form of a tree, as this program grows and “branches out” for future life-giving donations.
Baylor University Medical Center serves as the flagship of the Baylor Health System featuring over 20 special health centers, over a 1500 physicians and staff caring for more than 300,000 patients each year. The hospital has won numerous awards including the 2012 Thomson Reuters Top 100 Hospitals, Texas Health Care Quality Improvement Award of Excellence and the 2011 Dallas Child: Best Place to Have a Baby.
