Todd Hardin has worked in the experiential graphic design industry for more than 30 years. Having spent many years in sign fabrication and installation, he brings a unique perspective to the performance of his duties as senior production manager. Whether a healthcare, sports, hospitality or retail project, Todd develops detailed drawings of specialty elements and signs, refines designs for construction and value and prepares thorough bid packages including installation details, specifications and final message schedules. As contract administrator, Todd represents our client’s interests to vendors by handling the pre-qualification and bidding processes. He coordinates installation issues with the architect, general contractor and others, reviews submittals and pay applications; and conducts on-site reviews to prepare and follow up on punch lists to achieve quality results.
As Vice President, Todd is part of the team of designers assigned to a project that covers all phases with strong design and follow through. He plays a major role in the assessment of build-ability and technology in project production and system construction.
